For monthly (not annual) payers, your card will be charged the 1st of each month.
If you want to stop
Auto-Pay you MUST contact us BEFORE the 1st of the month.
If you are moving out, contact us BEFORE your move-out month, BEFORE your card is charged
We accept partial rent payments at move-out ONLY, up to and including the 15th of the month (after that the entire monthly rent amount is due).
If the entire month has been paid and you move out, we do not refund the unused portion of that month’s rent – no exceptions.
When you vacate a storage unit or mailbox and inform us, we will obtain your signature and automatic payment will stop.

Your authorization signature includes rent adjustments. Per the Rental Agreement, rent adjustments are made with at least a 30-day notice and mailed via first class mail to the address of record. If we do not have a correct address from you, and in the event mail is returned, our obligation to advise you has been satisfied. It is YOUR responsibility to maintain current address and contact information. Unless you choose to discontinue (move-out) the storage unit prior to the effective date of a rent adjustment, the automatic payment amount will adjusted.
Verification of fund transfer is at the discretion of, and the full responsibility of the tenant. It is your responsibility to update payment information. Payment cannot be processed if any of the following occurs:
§ Issuing bank will not authorize payment for ANY reason § Card Expired § Change to Card (Example: card number, billing address, legal name change) § You have reported a card lost or stolen.
ALL correspondence regarding your account, including any problem with a card payment, will be mailed to the address provided for your Rental Agreement. Complete a Change of Address form or provide address information separately with tenant signature to modify the Rental Agreement. |
